A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $300.00 refundable security deposit are required immediately to hold your reservation.

Conditions of rental:
- The property shall be maintained in the same condition as it is when you take occupancy.
- Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs.
- Renter must notify owner of all persons occupying the unit.
- If more than one auto is being utilized we ask that one of the autos be parked in the garage.
- NO RVs ALLOWED.
- Renter must not sublet or assign this rental agreement.
- Renter shall be responsible for returning all keys, garage and gate openers.
- Absolutely no pets allowed in the unit.
- No smoking is allowed inside the condo unit.
